Quote was quite a bit higher than I expected, but I learned from neighbors that chain link fence costs for small jobs are quite high (based on their experience with quotes for small chain link fence jobs). Very professional, high quality work. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly (just a couple weeks compared to 6-12 weeks with other companies). Highly recommend."

He wasn't satisfied with how the railings looked when he first did them so he came back and did them again. They look great. The faucet that he replaced was leaking for a while and the new faucet is a great addition to the kitchen. Great work on both jobs."

"Scott was a referral from my sister-in-law Laura Y. It seems like in the 10 years since she reviewed him his work has gone down. I hired him to repair and restore a custom deck that my late husband had built. We walked around the deck and showed the things that needed to be done. He gave me a quote with specifics on it and I approved the job. He did what was on the invoice and basically NOTHING MORE. He knew this was a restoration job and it would have scope creep. There were areas that obviously needed to be repaired. I noticed a couple post with ant damage and requested he replace them and he did for a cost. But anything I didn’t call him out on he didn’t address. Scott just smashed putty into the bad spots. There were areas where he over tighten a screw and worsened a crack. He shoved blocks under sections of the rails rather than fixing them properly. Of course I was invoiced for those additional repairs when he left. I was out inspecting the decks and there’s multiple areas that were repaired with putty and the putty has since already come out. His work ethic to make sure the job is done and done right is AWFUL. I am very disappointed in his work and would never hire him again or recommend him. Additionally, the whole time he was working at the house he had such a poor attitude and moody beyond belief, as if it was my fault that he lives an hour away and that it was raining for a week. He should have recommended the areas where replacement boards were needed and suggested a repair. Please look at the photos to see what he considers a finished restoration job. The icing on the cake was when he threatened to take me to small claims court because I complained and wanted him to finish the job. What a piece of work he is!!!"

"M. Bland did a terrific job. Very responsive to emails, phone and texts and kept us up-to-date on permit, materials, weather delays. Showed up on day he indicated and worked until job was finished. Very conscientious with work, every day ended with him using power blower to clean up any sawdust or other materials. We would definitely recommend as the final install looks great and gates work well. All this after three years of trying to find a competent fence installer that would do what they said. The lady claim all of the bad reviews are fake and that they have 100’s of happy customers. They are friendly in the beginning but once they have your money they are EXTREMELY RUDE. They hang up on you and stop answering the phones when you call back. I got my fence installed June 2020. The technician never went over the wood types or locks with me. Once installed I went back others because I wanted a different lock (the one they installed is cheap and it’s hard to lock & unlock). They never came out to change it. Now it won’t lock at all & not only that my fence is warping & there are nails missing and coming out of the fence. I went into the office today and when I tell you all of the employees are rude, the fat guy that work there called the cops on me lying saying he felt threatened by a 4’11” black woman while starring at me with a smirk on his face. Luckily I recorded the while interaction before I even walked in. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY KEN KIFULL, the owner Kevin, the fat guy & the entire staff are trash"
