"We initially hired the Grounds Guys to do an overhaul of our very old landscaping. The project was completed last fall. It initially looked good although the plants were VERY small. During the winter, several plants have died and/or were eaten by deer. They have not been replaced. Our yard has been mowed weekly but not to the level we expect. The landscaping has not been maintained to our satisfaction and our Sprinkler system has not been 'opened' for the year. We have spoken to managers and employees a number of times, this 'C' rating is kind; we are hoping to ultimately get our issues fixed."

"Everything was super easy for us! The old plants were carefully removed so nothing around them was damaged. We were given plenty of new plant options (based off a description of what my wife thought she wanted). In the end we got a whole new flower bed, new shrubs, a couple small trees, and an irrigation system for the lawn. The lawn itself was really bad, but he explained why my lawn had died off the way it had and showed me how to properly maintain the lawn. With our new irrigation system installed, the old lawn ripped up, and the new seeds laid properly it was only a matter of a couple weeks before our new lawn looked better than our old lawn ever did! We couldn't be happier and we can't wait to get our back yard done next year!"
