"We got bids from four different companies.  The bid from Womble was competitive with two and considerably less than one other.  With a reasonable bid we went with what we considered to be the name brand (Pella).  We also like the salesman we were dealing with (Matt) better than any of the others. <br /> It was two months between signing the deal, (and making a 50% downpayment), and the installation.  But the installation crew showed up bright and early on the date they had predicted.  They worked long and hard to get the job done in two days, as the weather was scheduled to turn really cold the next day.  It's been six weeks since installation and we have discovered no problems with what they did. <br /> Our only reservation is that we wish we had gotten an estimate from Lowe's, who also sell Pella products.  We would have had to check closely to make sure the products were the same, but I suspect Lowe's bid would have been somewhat less. <br /> However, we are totally happy with the Pella windows & doors from Womble.  They are beautiful! <br />"

"Steven was absolutely awesome. He had great ideas on updating the look of the hose without breaking the bank. His crew was very responsive. Had an issue with the guys covering the dryer vent and they fixed it promptly. Steven helped me pick paint choices and when I wanted to add more painting on some additional trim - he agreed it was a good idea and just sent the painters over - no hassle. We also had a garage door replaced, added features to back and front porch, had a window removed, replaced guttering around the house and resided/ painted the whole house and trim. I think you will be really happy with the product and can’t beat the service."

"They arrived early but called before hand which was not a problem.  They explained the work they would be performing and got started.  They were onsite about an hour.  The technician concluded the work by going over his findings as well as his recommendations for future repairs.  He provided pictures and descriptions of these items and was informational not pushy.  My only complaint was the additional trip charge because we were outside their service area.  Their limit is 20 miles and we are 21.2 miles from their business.  <br />"
