"Everything seemed fine at first and the estimate was priced low to get the job apparently. Andy was nice and cordial and seemed trustworthy. His crew showed up early ready to work but unfortunately, they all looked like illegals and only one of three spoke English. They broke the entire concrete corner off the steps to the porch and the railing and then balanced it back in place and then pretended nothing happened, the wrought iron got damaged in a couple other places as well. The original estimate was for $1,400.00 at the end of the day Andy showed back up and hit me up for an additional $ 994.94 without any warning about the price going up in advance. So, they did get the job done but it certainly was not perfection, and the original estimate was more in line with their skill level and quality of their work, I was irritated about the massive price increase and finding the broken things after they were gone. "

Your home is where you live and if you select me, then I will obsess over fixing your problem until finished with your approval of work performed, or if I can’t accomplish the work I won’t charge you a dime. I have over 20 years of carpentry experience. I have built fixtures for a fast food restaurant chain, and I also have trimmed houses and other related types of work.
"As it turns out, the issue was more serious than a simple adjustment. Eric tried to fix it and then explained what would need to be done. We decided to postpone the project for now. Eric was prompt. He was polite and respectful and explained in detail what would need to be done. It was obvious he has lots of handyman skills! I would hire him again. Also his prices were reasonable."

I called the company about four days later to ask them to do the work, and Mr. Escobedo and his team were here the next morning, as arranged, to do the job. On the day of the job, I requested some additional work that I had forgotten to add to the original request. Mr. Escobedo responded courteously added that to the contract on the spot, with only a reasonable increase over the original estimate. The job included removing three large trees, three medium trees, two old holly "shrubs," four ancient photinia (living and dead) and miscellaneous pruning and trimming. The team arrived at the agreed 8 a.m. time, and were gone shortly after noon. Part of the job couldn't be completed because of equipment failure. Mr. Escobedo promised to return immediately after the weekend, and didn't require payment until he'd completed the whole job."
