"Wonderful experience with AIS Renovations! We got a new roof and a new garage door installed. AIS was highly recommended by our friends and after our experience I will recommend this company to anyone who needs any work done to their house. The roof was installed in under a day. They cleaned up after themselves and did such good clean work we had them do our garage door as well. We just moved into this house and are already doing a full scale kitchen remodel with them! "Excellent! Shane came over to inspect the roof and a leak above the garage. He was able to detect the source of the leak and it really boiled down to the roof needing to be replaced in the next year or so. We opted to replace the roof, replace one gutter, and install leaf guards on all of the gutters. We were able to get the choice of shingles we wanted. Shane was knowledgeable and responsive. We had one delay because of rain but the roofing crew came out two days later and did the whole roof in one day! Those guys were hard workers and they did a terrific job minimizing the impact on flower beds, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards - I have yet to find a single nail in the grass or flower beds around the house. The gutter crew came out soon after - between rain showers - and completed the gutter work quickly and well. All in all the project went seamlessly and we are very pleased. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"Roofwise was recommended by several friends and neighbors. My project was to remove the tin roof on my house, replace sheathing, install shingles, and repair/reline built in box gutters. Luther,a Roofwise foreman, came the same day I called to inspect the project to estimate the job. That was in August 2009. However, the roofers did not start work until right after New Years. I am highly satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company, the delay in start date notwithstanding. I have noticed some water staining on the soffits in two places, suggesting that some leaks persist. But Luther responded quickly when I phoned about this and I am confident Roofwise will solve this problem."
