A 3-foot graden was also installed around the patio to add privacy and beauty. Frank Bergin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. "The work turned out great. The joints are tight and lined up well. The corners were curved to add a nice touch so the pavers had to be cut along with cutting the smaller brick border bricks. I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."

"First they were flexible with their asking price by lowering their original estimate to fit my budget. Their craftmenship was good they just lacked that finishing touch on their work for example sanding some rough edges and manufacture decals on the wood where it can be seen on the deck, but otherwise their work was professional."

Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."
