"The actual work done by Bergin Property Mgmt was to remove my concrete patio and replace it with a gorgeous paver patio. A 3-foot graden was also installed around the patio to add privacy and beauty. Frank Bergin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. "Mickey performed excellent work at my house. I hired him to fix my retaining wall and steps at first then secondly my basement was mess with water coming in. Mickey helped with demo as I decided to remodel the basement as well, then he waterproofed my entire basement. Finally, he leveled out my basement floor. The work was absolutely immaculate and on top of that he was extremely helpful throughout the process and not once did I ever have to stress or worry. Great service and a great guy. "I own several properties and Brian's guys have done almost every type of landscaping job for me over the years including general maintenance, new lawn seeding, spring and fall clean ups, bush trimming, pruning, tree removal, brush clearing, rock sculpturing, building retaining walls, and installing Belgium block. My most recent major project involved clearing over two acres of land of high brush, wild plants and trees, which required the use of a wood chipper for a month. I feel like I have a new property. It looks great, it is now useable for my kids and grandchildren to play and the value has increased tremendously. Brian is easy to talk to and he always manages to stay within my budget. His workers are professional and always eager to please and they don't mind redoing things when I have a design change. Really, I have not once been disappointed with their work and as my wife would say I am not easy to please. The one thing I should leave with is that it is important to book early since Brian gets real busy in the Spring and scheduling may get difficult for a big job if you are not booked. Or, you can do what I often do and have him work in the winter if the project allows it. It could also save you money as well. --"

"It went well. Price seemed reasonable, and work commenced only a few days after the first payment. The whole job took about a week. The large boulder proved difficult, but the workers managed to clear it with a jackhammer. A reasonable fee was negotiated for this. one week later, we had our new pool patio, wall, and steps. Our front roof downspout was re-routed around the pool and a U-drain was installed to direct runoff from the patio away from the house. Everything was done as agreed and Mr. Sheehan was very responsive."
