"Brian arrived right on time.  He is very personable and pleasant to talk to.  He did a great job meeting my excitable dogs.  Brian cleaned and replaced some grout on my kitchen counter between the back splash and counter, and removed and re-caulked the shower corners, frame, and glass door.  The result was that my shower looked better than it did when it was first installed.  Brian found some areas that he thought might be allowing water to seep through and repaired those areas.  Due to those repairs the job took a little bit longer so Alex finished up the project.  Alex is much like Brian, very personable and capable.  I would hire Grout Pro again without hesitation.  Great experience <br />"

"I had a very good experience with them but we are not quite done yet. They are really great people to work with. The quality of the doors is great. The only thing that is unfortunate is it doesn't match what we already have and that was going to be a concern but they thought they could do it but they weren't able to do it but that's okay. They did a good job. They are very professional. They do what they say they are going to do. When they say they are going to get it done in a certain time, they do it. They are good communicators. They call you and return phone calls and I think those things are important when you are doing remodeling. It might be a little bit expensive the way they are doing it but then, these are costumed made that they are making them to match exactly what you already have."

Jeff the foreman is a true craftsman, walking me through all kinds of detail and explaining things that never in a million years I would have noticed, he's such a craftsman. Truly appreciated. We did have a door jam issue with one door not being able to be closed (in no fault of the company, we had stuffed that room so full of items, there was no way to test if the door cleared or not. They promptly came back and fixed it so the door opens and closes seamlessly. Overall highly excellent experience and I've already recommended the company to a friend.
