They won among 3 quotes, because: - they are the only ones who climbed the roof and really checked my gutters for a quote and told me what can be done and what cannot. - they are the only who said NO to my ideas and well explained why it is impossible/bad. For ex, why it is better to not fix the slope as much as I want - it will expose the house structure to water and I will deal with repairing the house then - they came up with a better idea of installing additional downspouts instead of fixing the angle of upper gutters and disturbing the roof. THANK YOU FOR THIS it looks great. - they offered only what should be done instead of offering/charging unnecessary work. - they offered almost twice the lower price than a well advertised company, a bit higher price than the other one but because of the above, they got my heart and money."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

First, he came over, evaluated the roof and gutters, and provided a written estimate and proposed work date. Second, the Force Washing Team arrived and performed the work to specifications. No messing around -- they are pros. They have the ladders, harnesses, cleaning tools, and knowledge. Their Team cleaned up all the roof and gutter leaves and moss; added mesh grates and also took care of issues with seals on roof (old seals from chimneys, etc.). They are very knowledgeable. Kept me updated on the old/new cleaning with images, etc.., and it's clear they know what they're doing on roofs (including repair and installation of new roofing). Strongly recommended. And yes, I have them scheduled for next year. Hey -- if you wait for the rainy season, you'll probably have to get in line. "Great company. Very responsive and committed to making sure their customer is happy with the work performed. Employees were punctual, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Came out and cleaned and treated the roof for moss, and cleaned and sealed the gutters. Everything looked great but had to have them come back out and check a spot that was still leaking. Not only did they react quickly to the issue and came back out quickly to take care of the spot he actually trouble shot the actual problem and installed new an additional downspout. They came out with out any hassle took care of the issues without charge. Great people wish more companies treated their customers the way Lacamas Gutters does!"
