For ex, why it is better to not fix the slope as much as I want - it will expose the house structure to water and I will deal with repairing the house then - they came up with a better idea of installing additional downspouts instead of fixing the angle of upper gutters and disturbing the roof. "The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
