For ex, why it is better to not fix the slope as much as I want - it will expose the house structure to water and I will deal with repairing the house then - they came up with a better idea of installing additional downspouts instead of fixing the angle of upper gutters and disturbing the roof. The only thing is that my gutters were probably cleaned, but the downspout was still clogged and that didn't fix the problem entirely. I had to do it myself..."

I was disappointed with the limitation in gutter colors, which required me to change the color scheme for the exterior renovation project. They don’t have black gutters, which is what I wanted. The only other feedback I have is that I with they had offered to do more on the overall drainage issues beyond the physical gutters."

Rightly so -- the work, price and approach were tops. Force Washing owner, Dan, and his Team are solid. First, he came over, evaluated the roof and gutters, and provided a written estimate and proposed work date. Second, the Force Washing Team arrived and performed the work to specifications. No messing around -- they are pros. They have the ladders, harnesses, cleaning tools, and knowledge. Their Team cleaned up all the roof and gutter leaves and moss; added mesh grates and also took care of issues with seals on roof (old seals from chimneys, etc.). They are very knowledgeable. Kept me updated on the old/new cleaning with images, etc.., and it's clear they know what they're doing on roofs (including repair and installation of new roofing). Strongly recommended. And yes, I have them scheduled for next year. Hey -- if you wait for the rainy season, you'll probably have to get in line. Working through the process with Kurt was great throughout the bidding, scheduling, and installation. Happy Gutters worked hard to meet or exceed my expectations of the job. An example of his willingness to do so was after the job was completed and upon our first amount of rainfall, I noticed that we had an end cap that was leaking. I immediately notified Kurt regarding this and he was at our residence the next day, and made the necessary repairs.
