"It went so well. Mr. Rogers was wonderful: very knowledgeable and professional.  I called him at approximately 10AM. He returned my call within one hour and was at the house at 1:30PM. He replaced a door latch on the machine. (for some reason, washers will not spin properly if there are issues with door latches.) After the replacement, the washer still would not spin properly. He advised me that it was better to get a new machine, rather than do a costly repair to the machine's computer motherboard. As a last ditch solution, he advised me to turn off the circuit breaker for the machine and wait one hour to turn it back on. This sometimes clears the computer in the machine and resets it. I did this and IT WORKED!!  Very well worth the $82 service call as I did not need a costly repair or a new machine. Highly recommended!!!! <br />"
