He cleaned our chimney and noticed a couple items that need fixing, such as a lose brick on the top of the chimney. He just fixed it without any charge and went above and beyond to help us! They gave me an estimate but they gave me three different options, depending on the quality of the shingle that I chose. I wanted some other stuff, including adding venting to the soffits.
