"The windows came out great. My only negative feedback would be that when the screens were removed, the external window wrap was scrapped on a couple of windows. I'll need to do touch-up paint on those spots. Also left quite a bit of spotting on the deck (had just had that power washed) from drips due to the broad brush used to wash the exterior windows."

"The workers were excellent, but I had to point things out to them as they went along. Had to point out lots of wet streaks from the squeegee. They didn't dry under the ledge of the outside part of the window. There were large drops hanging off the ledge and they told me they never dry that part. They did correct that. I also had to point out to them that the edges around the glass were still dirty. They were here on a cloudy day. Now that it's sunny, the streaks are really showing. <br /> <br />They did leave a complimentary can of window spray which I used to clean the inside of my car windows. "Brian worked with us for about 12 months on scheduling the project as we had significant exterior repairs to porches and trim due to winter damage. He assisted us on paint selection (many different shades) and ultimately we choose a slighly darker shade than was currently on the home. Brian's attention to detail was evident on the finished product. The pallette of Grey is crisp against the bright white trim, and the moldings and bead board ceilings of the porches appear to jump out in detail. Brian was willing to work around repair projects and move on to other areas of the home, while repairs to trim occurred. Some sections of the home were beyond the reach of ladders and Brian rented a Boom Lift to assist with these higher areas. The work took 3-4 weeks, which was a bit longer than some of the quotes we received from larger companies; however, Brian's attention to detail and willingness to work with us on our schedule were welcomed. We would reccomend him to anyone looking for a good value, and great attention to detail. <br />"
