"Get written estimate first. (Did not due) Customer satifaction is not there top priority. (Poor) I had some work completed and looked at the results after the fact the next day and noticed somethings were poorly done or not done as agreed apon. Instead of the company answering my calls, texts & emails they left me hanging with poor results and no communication (Stone walled), maybe because they allready recieved payment. So unproffesional of them and now I had to hire someone else to fix the area's."
