"Danger: We used Apple Appliance Repair (Ashburn) twice in the last year - both for a bad Samsung ice maker. They replaced it with a 'new' one year ago (for $350) and now that one has gone bad. After doing some searching, I determined they installed a replacement brand that can be purchased of about $90 as opposed to a Samsung OEM for about $150. Do not use these guys as they are not honest - you really do not know what they are replacing. [UPDATE 6/29/2020 - Angie's List] - I am currently working with the vendor to correct the issues. [UPDATE 7/8/2020 - Angie's List] - The parts discrepancy has been successfully resolved by Apple Appliance. This appears to be a parts supplier issue."

"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in.
