"They came for an initial estimate and explanation of the product. I had gotten other estimates and Invisible Fence was the most reasonable. I schedule the installation and the 2 training sessions that were included in my purchase. For each appointment they were on time and very efficient. It was raining the day the fence was installed but they still came and installed it without one complaint...even though he was soaked by the end! :) The people who came to give the lessons were very friendly and were great with my dog.
