"We got three bids for waterproofing of 9 stress cracks in our basement. We chose Eric because he clearly explained the entire process, answered our questions regarding polyurethane versus epoxy, and his references were very complimentary. Eric and Todd showed up as scheduled and began by prepping the cracks - grinding paint and old hydraulic cement patches off those that had been previously repaired and cleaning the concrete around those that had not. At one point it was a bit dusty but a new vacuum filter fixed the problem. They then set the epoxy injection ports (varying the spacing depending on the crack width and if there were bends in the crack). They let the ports set up for some time. Then they placed an epoxy coat over the entire crack making sure to cover the edges of each port and smooth the epoxy for a nicer looking finish. The cracks were then injected, the ports removed, and the port area smoothed over with more epoxy for a paintable finish. They finished up by sweeping the floor and removing all debris. We've had several good rains since and only one crack leaked. Eric promptly responded when contacted regarding the leaking crack and excavated and sealed the outside of the crack. I'm happy to say all cracks were dry during subsequent rains."

"My driveway was very discolored with some pock marks, and it was detrimental to the appearance of my home.  Based on other reviews and pictures, I decided to resurface the concrete with an epoxy stone coating.  Gary Meyer of ESI was very responsive to my request and came out to examine my property.  He explained the whole process to me.  He also arranged for mudjacking for my walkway and driveway to prepare for the project.  The work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and there was no mess left behind.  The finished product was gorgeous.  My family, friends and neighbors couldn't believe how good it looks.  I have received many compliments, and it has greatly improved the overall curb appeal of my property.  I would highly recommend ESI. "
