"Beantown was amazing from quote to finish! We have a 2 family and needed front and back decks replaced. I got 3 quotes and theres was by far the most reasonable, one company even turning down the job because it was "too big for them to handle." Beantown started right on schedule, kept us updated on progress and finished on schedule. Our previous deck was new when e we bought it, and despite up keep 10 years later it was beyond repair. Stairs caving, boards lifting. Beantown took the time to review proper codes and how they would make this deck last! Our support beams that were wrapped turned out to be rotted and high risk for our roof to collapse. The quality of decking used and proper installation, these decks will last! Not to mention how much better they look, and minimal up keep! Beantown employees were polite and friendly. Working overnight, I was still able to sleep during the day when they were working without disruption. After going food shopping they even offered to help carry in my bags! We will definitely be using them again!"

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"The roof was patched and I no longer have a leakage problem, I provided the wrong Shingles which were used unfortunately, and as a result the finished look is relatively poor, The company was very responsive and if they had the correct materials I'm sure the job would have been more than satisfactory. I need to remember it was a patch not a new roof. Try them, they came out between rain storms and fixed my leak."

It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! "I was extremely happy with their work. The background is that I hired another roofer for a whole roof replacement earlier in the year. He is a big name on Angie's List and very well reviewed. He did a good job but told me he didn't know how to fix a section of rubber roof that abutted a wooden gutter that had been covered with metal flashing in the past. He recommended a copper roofer, who never returned my calls. Newton Roofing Residential came to my rescue. When I met the manager, Rich, it was clear to me that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He recommended a solution that solved my problem at a very reasonable price. The quote was rapid and thorough. The work was done in a timely fashion and is clearly high quality. My only regret is that I didn't hire them in the first place to do my whole roof replacement, don't make the same mistake I did."

"Willard Roofing was excellent.  Can't say enough about them.  They were on time with their estimates and when I wanted the work done, it was right on schedule.  The new roof looks great and the clean up was impeccable.  I watched them from the window as they cleaned up, they had no idea I was watching.  They swept and swept and then used the metal detector for any nails left behind.  Byron answered all my questions as did Dan who was very nice and went above and beyond.  Dan even came back today, got up on the roof and made sure everything was done as expected. I used this company 23 years ago for my prior roof and never had an issue with the roof or the company, that is why I used them again.  I also used them for a replacement window, gutters and a few doors also over the years.  Never a problem or an issue.  They are very professional and have been in business for years.  I also cannot leave off Melissa from the office, she always answered my emails promptly and was very helpful.

"Hugo, the owner, was very accommodating. I had a badly leaking flat roof, which is a small section of my entire asphalt, gabled roof. I called many roofers to get an estimate for a repair rather than a full roof replacement--since I could not afford the cost of an entire roof replacement at that time. All other contractors/roofers only wanted the larger job of a full roof replacement--which I could not do at that time. Although a complete roof replacement would have been ideal, Hugo understood my situation and agreed to do just the flat roof repair, which included replacing the rubber roof. He came to my home that same day and gave me a reasonable estimate. Even though he was in the middle of a large, complete home renovation project, he scheduled my repair two days later in the morning and finished the job by noon. Hugo is a fair and honest professional contractor. His expertise extends to all areas of home construction. Attention to detail and customer complete satisfaction are priorities. So you can trust him to reliably guide you through any home repair or renovation. I definitely recommend Hugo and his men. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."
