"We hired Eagle Siding after 2 giant trees fell on our house during a bad storm that caused a lot of damage, including holes in our roof. Eagle Siding was extremely responsive and sent team members to tarp and cover the holes in the roof really quickly before the next round of rain that was coming. Buck was a true partner who did a thorough assessment of our damage, and then worked closely with our insurance company advocating for what we needed, ensuring honest compensation. They fixed the structural damage to trusses, replaced our roof, and some of the soffits, gutters, and siding. Scheduling each step in the process of our repairs was a breeze. The whole team at Eagle Siding and their sub contractors communicate very well, work incredibly hard, and have top notch skills. You can tell the company is rooted in strong ethical values that my family was grateful for, especially when dealing with stressful home damages. "Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"This was a 2 day challenging fascia replacement job involving a several person crew supervised by Lakewoods' owner, Shawn, and his right hand man, Ho. All the work was accomplished to my satisfaction in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. I would highly recommend Lakewoods and Shawn for siding and roof work requiring a high level of competence."

Tyler came out to give me a bid and the next thing I know heâ s on my roof repairing it. And at a third the cost of other projections. Both honest and knowledgeable. â Have a good day.â , he said. "I choose Rick's Roofing because they were rated highly on Angies list and other leading consumer site and they did not disappoint. Rick came out and actually got on the roof before giving an in depth quote. I have a barn style roof with a steep pitch and metal on the edges. He answered all my questions and explained all options in detail before we decided to go ahead. Fast forward to Roofing Day. Cory, the project manager, and his crew were superb, keeping me informed on the process and delivering great results quickly. They did such a good job cleaning that I didn't even find a nail in my yard. They even cleaned my gutters! The job was finished on budget and they did not expect final payment until I was completely satisfied and the city inspector signed off on the project. They also worked with the inspector and answered all of his questions. The inspector was impressed with the work as well and he has a reputation around the neighborhood for being a stickler for the rules and quality. I have hired numerous contractors over the years for projects large and small and Rick's Roofing is the best of the bunch. I would hire these guys again in a second."

"I couldn’t be happier. They presented written contracts to protect me, the homeowner, not just them. The contract clearly outline payment schedules and roofing material used (brand, type, and colors). They worked with our insurance company and pointed out things the insurance inspector did not take into consideration. Pro Custom Builders filed for the permits and are licensed and insured. They have the right tools and safety equipment. The roofers were experienced. We are very satisfied with the work. Even though, they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The next day, a different person came out to check the yard, again, looking for nails. It is great to have a perfectly done roof."
