"The ordering processes is smooth, but you need to pay for all the fence when you order it.....balance due on completion is just the labor, We were told of a 6 week out install and it was exactly 6 weeks. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable on how to install, the fence on our retaining wall, contour of the land to the pole shed, and gate installation. Good employees speak highly of a company! <br /> The over all grade is B+ / A- as the cost is a tad high for the fencing. But I would definitely use this company again! <br />"

"Dave was great from the very beginning. He called us back right away every time that we called him. He came over several times to give us a quote and explain how the fencing worked. I was impressed that he worked on any day of the week that he had to to get the job done and work around his customers' (our) schedules. The price was very fair (we had gotten other quotes) and we were happy with the end results. We trained our dog, and called Dave several times to get pointers. He also offered to come back if we needed him to, to help with the training. I would recommend Dave and Hidden Fence of Western Wisconsin to anyone! "Our experience with Yutka fence was outstanding! Our contact with the office staff (Jaime) was prompt and friendly. They let us know what the process would be to choose a fence and have it installed. Tom came out and gave us information about the different fence styles and worked out a rough diagram on our lot of what we liked. He left us with the information and a rough estimate of the cost. Once we decided on the details, Tom came out with a plat of our property and laid out the design while we walked our yard, showing us how the gates would open and made some suggestions that were very helpful. We made the final decision of what we wanted and called the office to set up a date for the installation of the fence. About a week later the installation crew led by Abel came out and installed the fence in two days. They were very skilled and friendly. The installation was perfect! They took time to get all the details right. The fence sloped down both sides of our back yard and they adjusted the fence to make all the fence boards plumb. It was a very professional installation. The crew cleaned up our yard very well at the end of the project. The quality of their work and materials were beyond our expectations. We are extremely pleased with Yutka fence and would highly recommend them."

"I would not hesitate to recommend Nick to anyone! We were in the process of moving and simply could not do the work ourselves. We turned a key over to Nick and he handled the rest. When there were questions he called and when not, he simply got the job done. He has amazing subs and employees that work with him. "The two man crew came to install the fence. They were very nice and did an excellent job. They had the work completed with in four hours. They made sure that they did everything to code and that it was quality work. Before they left they cleaned up the area and raked any debris up as well."

"My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"Snow removal is always tough but the crew does a great job getting around cars and obstacles.  They can also get heavy machinery in when necessary to remove excess snow.  As for the landscaping they have brought down many a tree for me in difficult areas without issue.  They are very detail oriented and will leave the site better than when they started."
