I easily swept these up. I believe Alex would have done this if he had seen the chips before he left. I would have more concerned if I had a carpeted floor. I would hire Alex again."

He fully explained that in a few months I would be due for another filter, but that everything else was OK. He also explained what would happen if I did not change the filter which was helpful.
