     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). He has assembled a great team, and we really appreciate the working relationships we've seen that have been established with all of them."

"Galen is a professional and really cares about the quality of the work he does. I've used him in the past for carpentry/contracting projects and have always been happy with his work. This time, I had him paint my 2 level deck, do some siding on the 3 season porch, paint my garage door and haul away a lot of junk from my garage. He showed up on time, did an excellent job for the price quoted, cleaned up after himself and emailed me photos of the completed work. "We hired the Noelge team to sheetrock two bedrooms and a hallway, after two months of getting estimates and being stood up by some contractors. It was a headache just finding a team with a decent estimate. They started the project on time, and mostly showed up on time each day. They worked 10 days straight to complete our projects, which we are happy about. However, we don't know why it took 10 days to sheetrock two bedrooms and a hallway. Once the project was finally done, we discovered that our beautiful 76-year-old hardwood floors were ruined. The crew significantly damaged our floors -- dents, board splits and horrible scratches. We were very upset, not only because this delayed our entire project by about two weeks, but because we had just moved in to our home 3 months ago and now we had an unforseen project and expense ahead of us. We notified Noelge of the damage immediately, sent photos of what we found. They were a little reluctant at first to take responsibility of what happened, but then agreed to cover the expense to have our floors sanded and refinished. Once we provided them with the floor estimate we received, we were immediately asked when Noelge can expect the rest of their payment, as they stated that this was a big loss for them. This was, of course, very offensive. Their financial loss is not our problem. We informed them we would pay-in-full our remaining balance minus the floor estimate by a specific date once our floors were fixed, and we did. We need sheetrocking done in our basement eventually, and we were going to hire this team for that. However, with what happened, we will not be a returning customer. I think they did their best to make things right, however, we won't risk significant damage again by re-hiring Noelge."
