"Michiana Window World is extremely professional in every respect. <br /> I requested bids to replace my windows from three different contractors - two recommended by local people, and one from Anties List (Michiana Window World). Of the two locally recommended, one ignored me with promises to call back, but not doing so; a second came out (with sidearm), measured windows, but never returned with a quote.  The Window World rep came out with paperwork, measuring tools, and an example window. We saw the product and knew the estimated cost before he left. <br /> We paid 50% up front and scheduled an appointment. Window World later followed-up with us to be sure the date would still work. <br /> When they arrived on the scheduled date, the crew started at 10 AM and had completed their work by 3 PM. "Dan from Molnar Construction's price was reasonable and the house was built in the 1940s so he was reasonable about upcharges in terms of finding rotten floor joists or whatever that had to be replaced that weren't part of the original quote. He's a good listener and was able to come up with ideas. He was the one contractor that provided feedback and suggestions. If he didn't agree with something I wanted he would tell me why whether it be from a cost or a structural issue so he was excellent at doing that. Dan from Molnar Construction was very responsive, always kept us up to date where the project was going, and didn't do anything without consulting us. His crew were very professional, very friendly, and they did an excellent job. We are very happy."

"John is a skilled tradesman, arrived a tad late, but was casual and confident. Looked at the task, said the estimate would be by the hourly rate ($80 an hour if I recall correctly), and made two trips to finish the task, a few hours each time (two different areas so that worked out for us). Asked us to check his work before he left, methodical and exact workmanship. I really like this guy! The exterior wall is over 40years old exposed to the elements, and he patched any breakage in the mortar, fixed any separations and finished the area where a new window went in. After everything dried, does not look obvious that any "patch" or "repair work had been done- blends right in! Knew the stone product (no longer available) and how to make it look new. We were really satisfied! <br />"
