When I contacted him by email to say I was signing and returning the contract, he replied that it would probably be next month because they were so busy, but that the city forester knew their work and would give an extension if needed. However, he called soon after and said they could come the next day, if that worked for us. They cut down the tree, chipped the branches and left the large logs, which they came and removed the next day or so. I got another call that they could come and grind the stump the following day, which they did. Wonderful work, great price, no complaints. Will use them again."
