He was very professional and straight forward on what we needed. The system was installed within a few days. "I've only had water come in at this location so I was pleased that they didn't try to sell me on doing the entire basement. They were able to do the entire job in 1 day.  No heavy rains since it was installed so I can't say for sure that the drain, sump and pipes are working. <br /> Only negatives that I have are that they didn't sweep or mop the floor when they were done.  They sealed off the rest of the basement so that it was free of dust, but the floor was very dirty.  Also, the installers smelled so strongly of smoke that they left that smell in the house. <br />"
