"Start to finish smooth process. I received four quotes for replacing two sliding doors and WindowWall gave me the best options. Salesperson Derrick was very professional and worked with me without high pressure tactics you sometimes see. Installation was quick after new doors arrived, and I'm very happy with the final product."

"They were not able to fill our door space, and wanted us to make too many compromises"

"I can't say enough good things about Ridge Top Exterior! They recently installed a new front door for us, and the entire experience was fantastic. First and foremost, they were incredibly punctual. It's rare to find a contractor who actually shows up on time, but Ridge Top Exterior did just that. They were prompt, professional, and ready to get to work. Throughout the entire process, their communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial consultation to the final installation. They listened to our needs and provided valuable input, helping us choose the perfect door for our home. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start. When installation day arrived, the Ridge Top team was efficient and skilled. They worked diligently to ensure that everything was done to perfection. The end result? A stunning front door that not only enhances the curb appeal of our home but also provides added security and energy efficiency. But what truly impressed us was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. They even followed up after the installation to address any questions or concerns we had. It's clear that Ridge Top Exterior takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. If you're in need of a new front door (or any exterior work, for that matter), look no further than Ridge Top Exterior. They are reliable, communicative, and deliver exceptional results. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services."

"Went very well.  Door rollers were rusted badly. Nick was able to replace them easily.  Doors slide like a dream now.  One I hadn't used in years.  Now I have easy access to my patio.  Nick was quick, but through.  Everything was completed in about 2 hours.  I would highly recommend Nick's for this service.

"They did a great job they delivered on time and did everything they said our windows are beautiful and I would definitely use them for my doors as well"

"We particularly appreciated the team’s reliability, craftsmanship, and ability to address questions or adjustments promptly throughout the process, the finished result exceeded our expectations and has significantly improved both the appearance and functionality of our space; I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking a dependable, skilled, and professional construction and remodeling company."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"Luke called immediately after request to schedule. Timing worked out perfectly - the next 2 days. He arrived on time, painted 2 separate stairways with very high walls on day 1 and then day 2 painted our living room very high ceilings. Overall, could not have had a better experience. Will definitely hire again and highly recommend."

"The people they sent out came out, they came out , I think about 4 or 5 different times. I talked with the technicians and said, "this is ridiculous, the furnace is old" and he said, "we agree, but they only want to do the patching". They would patch it and it would break, they would patch it, and it would break. Finally, I said, "I want a new furnace. What do we have to do to do a new furnace. You've been out here, this is like the 6th time," and he said, "I'll have my manager write something up", and so they did and they replaced the furnace. They tried. They were more interested in patching things than replacing things. They were willing to send out 4 or 5 different parts. The things that I see that would help the most is if it were easier to get a hold of them on the phone or if their website worked. Just being able to contact someone in person. Sometimes, you can't explain everything online. We were able to get a hold of them, we were able to talk to them. It just takes some time, they had to jump through the hoops with their company, we understood that, but they came through and got us a new furnace. A nice new furnace too."
