"Service Date: 7/10/25 The electrician was very professional and courteous, and the work was done well. However, the cost was significantly higher than expected?over $1,300 just to replace three outlets with GCFIs and change one fuse in the panel. I needed the work completed quickly for a home inspection, so I didn?t have the flexibility to shop around. One thing that stood out was that they arrived, assessed the job, took pictures, and then left to purchase the materials?even though I had provided the details of the work ahead of time. While the service itself was solid, the price was at least double what others quoted. If you?re not on a tight timeline, I?d recommend getting a few estimates before committing. "

"I can't say enough great things about this company. Sadov basement solutions transformed our completely unfinished basement to this beautiful addition to our home. Even with adding a bathroom and a wet bar, they finished quickly and within budget. The communication and attention to detail was impeccable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of home remodeling. Jarek and Robert were accommodating to any changes we wanted to make, flexible and offered expert guidance during the project. We received several quotes for the basement and Jarek was the only contractor to suggest leaving the ceiling unfinished and painted black for tax reasons. We got 7 other quotes and not a single contractor told us that because it would mean less money in their pocket, but Sadov did because their main priority was customer satisfaction. Sadov did such a fantastic job for a really fair price. We are so happy with the final product. Don't bother with other contractors. These guys are the best."

"We chose Design One to remodel our small galley kitchen after meeting with them and seeing their reviews. Initially, they presented as organized and professional. I wish we had asked more questions upfront. The quality of work was poor, especially drywall and basic carpentry skills. The average time spent was 10 hours/week. When they started work, all needed materials were in, yet it took over 7 weeks to complete. Requests for a schedule were evaded. There is no crew it is Rich, and occasionally Linda to assist. Very poor time management at the customer expense. Their lack of transparency regarding certain paperwork was troubling. What should have been a rewarding project became a large disappointment."

"We were very happy with Paul and his crew on the design and final project. The only issue I have is that it is 2 years later and we are still waiting for things to be completed. Trim above a door that was never installed, shelf in a cabinet that was missing, soft closing cabinet door that needed to be fixed and a granite cutting board that was promised to us. These are minor things that do not take away from the beauty of the kitchen, it is just that when the job is finished and the final payment is made, forget about hearing from them again! (We have been trying to get in touch with them since December 2019!!)"

"The team at Quintessential Renovations Inc. did a fantastic job replacing the cabinets in my kitchen! I could not be happier! Highly recommend them! They had the best customer service, all of their workers were friendly, clean, on time, and highly respectful. They did all of the correct prep work on the job and they really respected my home and belongings. They used great drop cloths and covered everything! They did almost all of the work in just two days and the entire project was completed in less than a week. Their estimate was right on the money and they worked so hard to keep things right where I needed them to be financially. They came up with creative solutions to my storage needs, designed some cool new corner cabinets, and gave me the greatest deal on the top of the line countertops that I just rave about! Everyone who came into my house was well spoken, super polite, and efficient and knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Nick Lyons and his whole team at Lyons Cabinetry Solutions and to Alex Jensen, the wonderful General Contractor who helped modernize my kitchen. Everything about dealing with them was a pleasure. Their communication was top notch."

"I am so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product.
