He is also comes with a great personality. He is patient when our young daughters want to see what he is up and has been great to have around the house. Very professional. On time. Always tidy. His bids are extremely reasonable and well worth the cost. We are very pleased and will use Jack for all our projects - even if we have to wait. As an aside, our hot water heater happened to fail while I was out of town and he was working on our bathrooms. He fixed it right away, even hauling away the old water heater.
