The installation went great and all of the workers were courteous and helpful. After finding out we needed to replace a few rotted pieces of wood and some fascia, they worked with me to get it all replaced even if it wasn’t part of the initial plan. Both the roofers and the gutter installer were very knowledgeable and really worked with me to make sure we got the project just right. We are family owned and operated; Robert Celeste has been replacing roofs since 1984. You are dealing directly with business owner. Anyone in our crew has a minimum of 10 year on the job experience and undergoes constant training.
"Robert was a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal compared to two other competitors. His team did a great job too, against adversity, and finished the job in just two days as promised. First, they discovered that my sheathing was rotting due to high moisture and poor ventilation in the attic of my 26yr old home. They successfully replaced 55 sheets of 1/2" plywood, without hesitation, after my approval, to keep the job on track. Better even yet, they resolved the sources of the moisture and lack of ventilation to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Second, at the start of the 2nd day, their ladder hoist broke down, which I expected to halt work (not getting heavy packages of shingles to the roof). But, instead of a delay, the team members just carried them up the ladder manually to get the job done on time. You don't see that kind of commitment very often in this new world order. I would highly recommend them for your next roofing job. Thank you, R Celeste Construction!"
