"I have used Bella Cleaning for several years to clean my tacked down carpeting and upholstered furniture. I have off-white carpeting throughout my home, so regular cleaning is a necessity. They have always done an excellent job. They are very responsive to request for estimates and service, are able to schedule work within a short period of time, and arrive as scheduled. Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. They also clean drapery, window blinds, and plantation shutters and will be coming to my home next week to provide these services. I will let you know how things turn out. I highly recommend Bella Cleaning and will use them again and again."

When they arrived, I found out that they had misquoted based on single (not double hung windows). Each window is counted as two if you have double hung windows. Since this was their error, they only charged the originally quoted amount. The window cleaner worked quickly and very diligently, he was very kind and respectful, and the windows look great now. "This cleaning was considered post construction cleaning due to the contractors/painters left so much dust in the home, so it took longer than anticipated to clean. Which I completely understood because of the amount of dust and they were very thorough in all of the cleaning. After they were done, you would never know that the house was even dusty. They also gave me suggestions on how to maintain the cleaning in the kitchen since the previous owners seemed to not clean after cooking with grease that had built up on the cabinets, stove top and oven.
