"We asked for a quote and were called back very promptly. We received an estimate over the phone and set up an appointment for the next day. When they arrived, I found out that they had misquoted based on single (not double hung windows). Each window is counted as two if you have double hung windows. Since this was their error, they only charged the originally quoted amount. The window cleaner worked quickly and very diligently, he was very kind and respectful, and the windows look great now. I would use them again, and would recommend them. Even at the correct price, they are reasonable and do a great job."

"This cleaning was considered post construction cleaning due to the contractors/painters left so much dust in the home, so it took longer than anticipated to clean. Which I completely understood because of the amount of dust and they were very thorough in all of the cleaning. After they were done, you would never know that the house was even dusty. They also gave me suggestions on how to maintain the cleaning in the kitchen since the previous owners seemed to not clean after cooking with grease that had built up on the cabinets, stove top and oven. When I talked to the person who took my request, he didn't want to lose my business, so he worked out for another crew to come out. The other crew did a good job, my windows were very clean. I will have them back if I get the same crew. Update: I spoke with Will on the phone last Friday and he asked what he can do to fix me being unsatisfied.
