"After discussing the company's last visit to our home and the translation issues we encountered prior to hiring them again, LEE's HVAC showed me they want my business.  The contractors were professional and they took every measure to ensure the job was done right. 
It's not easy finding a small service business and sometimes you have to experience not so qualified company's or unprofessional in the way they perform their jobs.  We had a problem with in hiring Lee's a few weeks ago, but after talking to someone DIRECTLY affected by a lost customer or a possible new one, it seems the misunderstanding was based on incorrect information passed along.
In any case, we were able to get our unit serviced and inspected for the summer, but what WE GOT was much more.  The contractors were respectful and professional and the job they did was thorough.  This is the basis of doing business and of hiring a service company to do business with and anything less should be discussed with the people that speak for the company.  I am glad my business was important to Lee's, because in Fresno, if you don't live in the parameters or area's that have money growing in tree's, it can be difficult to find Responsible Small Service Businesses to hire.

"They were good. For what they did, the price was fine. I think the thing that was unexpected for me was that they really did not go up on a ladder or anything and do the windows. They sprayed something up there and hoped for the best. Although it was better when they left, I did not know they were going to do the way they did it. You can only expect so much when they spray something on it from the ground. The quality was okay. It was not that awful. They showed up on time when they were supposed to. Their professionalism was fine. I would not use them again in the future because I do not think you can do the best job in the world from the ground on a two-story window."

"The plumbing upgrade and dishwasher installation went very well this morning.  I bought a dishwasher for first-time installation in my older home and had texted Joshua the night before with pics of the "then current" plumbing and electrical situation.  He arrived on time with proper plumbing and electrical fittings and went immediately to work.  The used dishwasher I'd bought required more pieces, so getting those from Lowe's was arranged and he finished the entire job within 2 hours!  The only small concern (which he immediately straightened out!!) was the chrome airgap pop-up on the sink was a bit crooked, but again, he fixed that right up.   I am looking forward to hearing his estimate on some upcoming electrical  work for my patio.   I WILL recommend him to my neighbors and local friends!!

There was an inspection made upfront to know what would be need for the job before or arriving. There was suggested material appropriate for my style and theme of my home. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
