This was the third set of estimates I had received while deciding who should do the work. I am so glad I went with this company. Of all my hurricane Michael repairs and dealing with contractors these guys were the most professional. There is not even a close second. Because I went with a 5V crimp metal to retain and "old Florida" look on my home, I was advised of an extended timeline to complete the work. Essentially I experienced no delays, just had to wait as had been described to me before I signed the contract. Each and every call I ever made to Jimmy and/or Bryce were immediately answered or if missed quickly returned. The work of their metal crew was fantastic and the roof looks sharp. I have a 44 sq complex roof line with multiple peaks, gables, valleys, and corners. They tied them all together better than my wife and I had hoped. Roof work done during winter months with shorter days starts when warmer and makes for shorter work hours. Be ready to do self-tidy up around house after workers leave if not at a new building project. Company sales service is better than others but needs improvement in communications throughout with customer/client relations. Be specific about Roofing Team members using non-team equipment and/or moving non-team items without permission. Also clean-up of non-team items before roofing team leaves location. When lunch time arrives, ensure all roofing team members leave location to go and get lunch which includes using lunch facility restroom, if needed, before returning work site to continue roof work. Overall, Roofing Teams work was fast. Now to await results of the Inspection Department representative."

"Work was performed as scheduled. There was an issue with a spill coming out of the dumpsters used by the installation team to store the shingles removed. This spill was staining my driveway. When contacted about this issue, they promptly sent someone down to get this spill cleaned up. There were no workmanship issues discovered after the job was completed.

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.
