Showed up on time, assessed our needs and cleaned our vent out, replaced the connecting tube between dryer and wall so that we are up to code and also the vent on the outside of our home. We believe this is the first time this had ever been done as it was pretty clogged. Happy to have spent the money to prevent a fire and our dryer fuse from burning out again."
