"They had a problem because they didn’t put a cap outside so the next time it rained we wound up with about two inches of mud in our basement. They came to us recommended but that wasn’t too satisfactory. Overall, I think they did a fine job. They have a huge amount of up-to-date equipment and they were very neat when they were working inside the building. We haven’t had any problems since they came back and capped that pipe."

"Great. We were quoted for $250 for the service but it require slight digging as the tank risers were a little covered by dirt and grass. Despite the additional work required Roto Rooter honored the original quote. I will be using their technicians again in the future."

"It went well. The plumber did a professional job. The expansion tank is not yet required in Harris County, but he installed it anticipating that it soon would be required. The plumber left the area clean. It took 2.5 hours. Billing was at a rate of $110 per hour. <br />"

"The tech arrived on time and had called ahead first. He was friendly and got right down to business. The process was very thorough; I felt like though the cost was a hit to my pocketbook ($350. is, after all, three hundred and fifty dollars!), I got a decent value for the money spent. The guy pressure-checked the system, used dye, and checked every inch of the vinyl pool liner by getting into the pool with scuba gear. He also used sensitive sound-detection gear to listen for the sound of the moving water. The leak was pinpointed and well marked, and he explained what he'd found. <br />"
