"Contractor quoted $250 for job after reviewing pictures of scale from all angles. All yard waste was at curb for quick and efficient loading. Contractor arrived at end of day, with insufficient equipment to load (smaller enclosed trailer likely semi full). Contractor collected approximately 20% of the quoted waste and then requested an additional $250 to complete the remainder of the job. Contractor did offer options to complete but none were satisfactory given the job was quoted, agreed to, and deposit paid. Will not use this contractor again. "

"Leo Diaz is the BEST landscaper I have ever hired and the ONLY ONE who completes a job that exceeds expectations. All at an incredibly low price. I had previously hired a well advertised company here in South Charlotte to prune some invasive bushes. They sent 3 men and charged $350. Then I asked Leo Diaz who did a BETTER job at half the price. I hesitate to post this review for fear of losing Leo to other homeowners. Right now he is the best kept secret in Charlotte.
