"Alvin and his brother worked hard to get oil and grease stains out of my driveway. He had warned me before he started that he was not sure he could do it because it was impossible to know how long they had been baking into the concrete. We agreed he should try and he would not charge me if he couldn't get them out. I watched and they used multiple cleaning agents and a lot of muscle with their power washer. He was as disappointed as I that it didn't work. I believe people should be paid for hard work and they certainly did work hard. Despite not being able to make the stains disappear, I decided to pay him half of what the charge would have been with a successful outcome. I will have him back to detail my car because I believe we will have more luck with that. My 5-star rating is based on attitude and effort."

At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. "We had our gutters removed and replaced and installed leaf guards. Donnie was very professional when he came out for an estimate. He explained the whole process and discussed his crew that would be on the job. The very polite, hard-working guys showed up on time and never stopped until the job was completed! Long, hot day for them and they were still smiling and thanking me as they left. The gutters look great and we are very pleased with the overall experience! I have already referred them to others, and will continue to do so."

"They broke out countertop, which was fine, they said they would fix it, it took 2 months to get it fixed and then they didn't put our sink together correctly and water was leaking underneath the sink into the cabinet. We decided we didn't want to continue services with them for a number of reasons, but apparently you have to continue with them for a year (which they never said, but it is in the contract we signed) they were unwilling to work with us on that, and therefore we paid off the rest of the year of service and asked them to not come back again. They only care about making money they don't' much care for the actual costumers. We have found a locally and family owned company to go with instead."
