"John is the best! We obtained 3-4 quotes for our full bathroom remodel. Everyone else estimated 6+ weeks to remodel the bathroom - which is our only shower. John promised he would have it done in 2 weeks. It was fully complete in 13 days! This was a total remodel down to the studs. Great work, super fast, super responsive, and his cost was right in the middle of the estimates we received. This was in Nov. 2019. Kitchen project, my husband and I picked cabinets out and T & E worked with us and were great when we needed modifications to make it all work. They were here longer than expected and that was due to some surprises on our end and they handled it amazingly since I'm sure we upset other timelines for their next projects! "Billy and his friend did a great job. They are professional, punctual, honest and do a good finish carpentry. additional positives are- Billy picked the moulding from the store , that was really convenient and they also give suggestions, if you are not sure like us that you are picking right moulding.
I wish our ceiling was little more flat, so that the joints in the crown were less visible, but they tried their best. Also a minor point but important that if you are doing something like us- putting crown and chair rail that will need painting, get it coordinated between the wood guy and the painter. I mean wood guy and the painter should talk and work together, rather independently.

"We are very happy with Sanfer and his crew. This was our first major remodel and we were prepared for the worst. After meeting several contractors, we chose Sanfer because he came in with a lot of great ideas and instilled a confidence that other did not. He was very honest about managing expectations and also keeping us updated about delays (2020/21 has been extremely busy for contractors). The previous owners had done a lot of bad DIY but Sanfer assured me it was nothing they couldn’t handle and eased my anxiety. Everyone on the crew was very nice and respectful and the communication was top notch. Sanfer always responds to texts and emails in a timely manner and you will not find any “lazy” people on these team! They will do whatever to get the job done.
