My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. It took me two months to figure out which contractor I was going with after being blown off by another contractor who had come in with a cheaper way to do the project, but when I reached back out to NMTI it was like no time had passed. They pulled permits and started the work within about two weeks and finished it flawlessly in one day. The crew who did the work was professional, efficient, and friendly and the communication ahead of time was great. I always felt able to reach out to either Ramon or Juan via text if I had any concerns. "We got a full roof replacement with On Top Roofing, and had an excellent experience! Tim and his team were very responsive. The office manager was really great about contacting me right back, getting us scheduled in for an estimate, keeping me updated on times for work. They also were able to get us in this season, even though they were fully booked. Super great since we had leaks and didn't want to go all winter with them. Tim did the estimate himself and the price was fair and within range of other quotes. We opted for a rubber roof on our back dormer. Rain delayed work getting done for a day, but they made sure the roof was watertight before rain set in, and came back to finish up the next day. I loved that they were able to send contracts and relay messages via email, made it simpler for us

First of all, communication with Joe was great, from the initial phone call to the day of the job and throughout the job. The crew knows exactly what it's doing and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They took great care to protect our home and yard from debris as they stripped the roof. Perhaps most impressive to me was their cleanup: after they were gone, I looked long and hard around the property for any debris they might have missed, and found none! Honestly, there was no evidence in my yard that a roofing job was done at all -- except that the new roof looked great. They truly left things better than they found them. "Kevin's company replaced my brother-in-laws roof and came strongly recommended. My brother-in-law is still happy with the roof, so it seems Kevin has a great crew that does good work. Kevin was very responsive to my inquiry, came out, looked at the job (combination asphalt, rubber roof, skylights) and then sent his foreman to look at a portion of the roof that requires a rubber roof replacement. Kevin provided a quote that was competetive, but withdrew it a few minutes later after he spoke with his foreman and they felt uncomfortable doing the rubber roof work. This was unfortunate as they were surely in the running for the job and to lose a job over a small portion that would have been tricky, but totally do-able, is too bad. I appreciate that they did not take on a project that they were not comfortable with. I'm sure they would have done a great job and had no problem, as others have quoted on the project and have expressed no concern about that portion of the project, but they chose not to proceed which is OK. Kevin was great about explaining some different options and pricing and I would have been comfortable hiring him. I would consider Roofer's Edge again if I had a straight asphalt roof project.
