He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "Another provider had indicated we would need to dig out the foundation and treat it.  Mr. Simon noted that the issue could probably be fixed by further extending the already long downspout.  The house is on a hill and the water was probably partially draining back toward the house.  This observation may save me thousands of dollars and Mr. Simon did not charge me for his visit. <br />"
