"Geno gave us the best price in a well documented estimate. After many rainy days, work finally started. The old roof (2 layers) had to come off. That was done (and cleaned up) plus the new roof installed in one day. Then and old wood siding was repaired in many places, all walls were covered with Tyvek moisture barrier, and the new siding, a new window, eave vents and even a new spotlight fixture (which I provided) was installed in a matter of 2 days. The gutters came last. What a difference! From an eyesore to a thing of beauty (now my house looks shabby next to it)."

"I wish all home repair companies were like Mid-Atlantic Roofing and Siding. I had a bad leak in my roof and the owner came out within one day of my call. He inspected the roof and explained what would be involved in the repair and gave me a fixed price which I thought was fair. I authorized the job and the next day his crew came early and went to work. By day's end the roof was totally repaired. You can't beat that for service. You can trust them to do your work, I did and am very pleased."

"J. Parker Contracting exceeded my expectations. They removed the old roof, installed new plywood, insulation and drip edge and industrial rubber roofing material. Finally, installed new metal coping around the perimeter. Finally, everything was cleaned and left as new. I was particularly pleased to see the photos documenting all aspects of the process. I would definitely hire them again,"

"Iâ ve worked with Nick and his crew on various projects, from new installs to repairs and they are hands down the best. Professional, great pricing, clean job site and the work is outstanding. I wouldnâ t hire any other roofing company. Iâ ve also recommended them to many clients who have all been extremely satosfied!"

"New roof was installed with excellent craftsmanship by workers who seem to be proud of their work. Sales consultant and scheduler were communicative and abreast of the progress of the project. There was much attention to detail in installing the new shingles, and necessary unexpected repairs that were identified were done without delay. The workers are efficient and effective. The areas are gone over and left spotless with followup people coming by the next day to be sure all is in order."

"Fantastic work! They fixed what other contractors tried and failed. I was told my only option was a replacement, they were able to save our roof at nowhere near the cost of a replacement. I highly recommend"

"Mike was very professional and kept in touch with me via email regarding the delay in setting up a time to do the work -- weather was causing a back-up in his schedule of completing jobs.  Regarding the work, I'm no expert but can simply say he and his crew did the work as described in the estimate and it looks good.  They also noticed some issues that were not in the original estimate, but I knew of and had forgotten to ask him about (porch roof separating from main house, loose siding) -- he addressed these as well with not much of an additional charge.  I can just say he was easy to work with and communicate with, the work looks good, and the price was acceptable -- all good things in my book.

"I used Lane Roofing to repair my flat roof and to replace and install roof shingles. Shawn came out to inspect my project and to give me an estimate was phenomenal. He knew exactly what I needed done for my repair. Thank you Shawn for your professionalism and expertise. Nicely done! 😊"

"Bruce and his team did an excellent job with replacing my old 90 year old slate roof and installed all new asphalt shingles on my main roof, small side roof, front and rear porch roofs. All work was performed in one day and clean up was amazing considering the mess a slate roof being dismantled creates. The workmanship on all my roofs were outstanding. Dealing with Bruce was always easy throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend McKeown's Roofing and Siding for your roofing needs. My wife and I are completely satisfied and the roofs all look great."
