He clearly explained the different choices I had in doing repairs(different siding materials etc) and in painting (number of coats etc). Once we decided upon the materials and what exactly needed to be done, he provided an estimate within a few hours which was very reasonable. Pete and his crew began the work the following day and completed it in a few days time. The work was all excellent and the building looks great. When they were done, everything was completely cleaned up and other than the new looking building, you would never have known they were there.
