"Tomas from TM Projects WNC did a great job all-around on an assortment of badly needed fixes. These included installing flashing around a leaky chimney (leaking stopped), installation of a new ceiling fan (ruined by leak), removal of an old and very heavy window AC unit that was no longer needed, and a complete rehab of a deck that needed some replacement of joists and planks and a thorough pressure-washing and staining. "This was a Big Deal so the price was great. I delayed the start for my convenience but we were able to set a date with one phone call. He arrived on time and prepared to do the job as we discussed. I had to go out for a few hours and when I returned the job was done.  On one stair I had done a patch myself several years ago but the cement kept coming off. I was especially pleased with the way he integrated his patch with mine to make the stair look seamless. He called to ask if I was pleased with the work. I said I wished the wall patch had a straighter edge. He said he would come back to fix it after the first layer was dry. This made sense since the lost concrete section was too large to do in one layer."
