"The dispatcher was very efficient and kept us informed and confirmed all appointments. Steve made a thorough inspection of the chimney, explained the necessary repairs and gave us an estimate. Before his arrival window, he notified us that traffic was bad and that he'd be near the end of the window, which he was. He went straight to work, making all repairs he had outlined, at all times friendly and professional. We will definitely use them for our chimney/fireplace projects."

"This company went above and beyond to help us. Our furnace stopped working and we had no heat at all. We called them and Brian came out the next morning and gave us a quote on the spot. "The representative was very friendly and offered some alternatives for the chimney. However, his quote was the second best for the cap at $275 and the cleaning was quoted for $275. I decided to put off the cleaning for now and have just the cap replaced. Went with a different person for the cap."
