The price was below what I had figured for the job so I ask him to start as soon as he could which he did. Finished jobs he had ahead of me then started right away. I also added to his work by asking him to install a rock wall and a separate walkway from my ramp which he said no problem. Then he added a new mail box holder also made of the same rocks and said that was FREE, no charge.
