"Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."

"Hired Matthew to put some furniture together - after putting together two pieces he said he'd have to return the following week. While wrapping up he said the murphy bed had holes that were improperly drilled - explaining that was the reason for the bed not going together correctly. He wanted full payment but I felt like him returning would give me a chance to look into the problem and give him a chance to fix it. After he left I looked at the directions and found that he installed a bar backwards. But I didn't worry as he would be returning. He never showed on the return date so I reached out a few times and his excuse was that his truck broke down. I told him to just refund some of the money as he couldn't tell me when he could return to fix the murphy bed. He said the middle bar being installed backwards was only worth $50 to refund. I explained it was going to cost a lot more to hire someone else to fix his install. You can see photos of the install that he took full payment for."

"Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: “It was already cracked.” He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then “owned up” to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."
