"Brett was an excellent professional from communication all the way to follow up after the project was completed. When the job we hired him to do turned out to be significantly more involved than anyone thought after he opened up some exterior columns, Brett worked with us to figure out the best options and then he took care of the problem and clearly communicated what would be involved, from cost to added material, and he was fair with his pricing for the excellent work he did. When an issue arose 2 days later due to a manufacturers' defect, Brett took care of ordering replacement pieces and working us into his schedule, this was all after the job was technically completed and he was not obligated to do so. I will certainly be hiring him for all of my skilled carpentry needs in the future."

"I needed to have my dryer vent hose replaced. This entailed making the hole in my kitchen floor larger to accommodate the new hose. My dryer was delivered on a Saturday and I wanted it safe and functional a.s.a.p. Dave responded to my request very promptly. He was at my door, on Saturday, within an hour. Dave was very friendly and not only fixed my issue, he explained everything he was doing every step of the way. While here, Dave also fixed my screen door latch assembly. The best part? All of this cost me a 3rd of what I was quoted by 6 different contractors. I can not stress this enough, go with this company with any issues you are having. You will keep their number on speed dial as we now have!"

"Scott did an outstanding job on the roof of the garage/and back half of the house. They installed and repaired gutters. Then they moved all the furniture, painted the whole first floor and removed some wallpaper. Replace some ceiling tiles. We are having them return to install a handrail and a towel bar. We would highly recommend them for any of your home repair needs."

"I approached several contractors for quotes to repair the deck with very slow response times. Jeff responded very quickly, visited the site and generated a quote. He also suggested some different approaches to comply with HOA requirements. Jeff generated the variance paperwork to the HOA. Great job. I would recommend Cactus for any type of work."

"You name it, he nailed it. Prompt, reliable, easy to work with, clear with his explanations, excellent work on the project, (power clean on a deck that badly needed it.). Very reasonable pricing. Less than I expected and we received superior work and customer service, I very highly recommend Pro-Tech Exteriors."

"Bob and team did a great job repairing our deck. He was easy to work with, communicated well throughout the project, and got everything done much quicker than I expected. The work turned out great, and I'm very happy with the results. I even changed some of my ideas a few days in and he flexed to my needs no problem. I'd definitely recommend!"

"It was a large roof ice jam, fortunately Trevor was a little early. It was a tough job but it was well done. He removed the ice and repaired the soffit that the ice damaged. Well done at a fair price. Would definitely recommend him to others."

"Arliss completed a project for us that was out of the ordinary and fairly difficult. Part of the project didn't turn out quite right, but Sean did what he needed to do to fix it. We applaud Sean for his workmanship, problem solving, and integrity!"

"Reached out to me quickly and was able to come build my table on short notice! Great work and would hire again."

"I hired Doug over a year ago to fix a pipe from the downstairs bathroom that wasn't draining properly. Although he did a decent job and the cost was fair, he never returned my calls for additional work I needed done. And most recently he didn't call or show up for an estimate appointment to repair my garage roof. I waited all day for him but he never showed up."
