They completely skipped installing an expansion joint at the skimmer, which is a basic requirement that even rookie pool guys know to include. The plumbing looks like it was done without any thought to flow, balance, or long-term performance. They clearly never tested the system, never checked for suction issues, and left me with something I had to diagnose and fix myself. This isn’t just sloppy — it’s borderline negligent. Since then, I’ve had a legit Hayward dealer and experienced pool construction manager come in to clean up their mess. Night and day difference in quality, professionalism, and actual knowledge. Bottom line: If you value your money, time, or sanity — stay away from Integrity Pool Repair. Their name is a joke, and their work speaks for itself."

"Wilfrido is both an excellent craftsman and a business professional. Our project required resizing a kitchen island, rebuilding all our cabinet drawers and cabinet doors, removing some existing upper cabinets to replace them with open shelves, and replacing the plywood decking prior to installation of new quartz countertops. After an initial consultative visit, Wilfrido provided a comprehensive quote which described in great detail the scope of work to be completed, estimated timelines, and costs. His quote far exceeded the detail we have ever seen from a home contractor. "Company was initally very professional and prompt to provide quote. Prices were a little higher than other quotes but reasonable. I had asked for a quote for a smaller scope and was given a price. I then asked if my patio and sidewalk could be added to the new quote for a discounted rate and was told no, which was fine. When I called to schedule, I was told the price was going to be an additional $50 dollars from the quoted rate because I wasn't including all the areas and I could "take it or leave it because he (Mr Orr) no longer wanted to do my project anyway because I begged for a discount" so he would no longer honor the rate he emailed me for the house only. It was a disappointing phone call considering he previously told me they pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. I hope that Mr Orr was simply having a bad day and does not treat all his customers this way simply because they have a small project. Prior to my phone call with him I was willing to pay the higher rate vs his competitors because I believed in his company. Now I am not so sure about his customer service guarantee if you are not a corporate customer."

"Paid $75 Deductible through American Homeshield to sub contract Me.Rooter Plumbing Scam: Martin, with Mr. Rooter arrived & used a camera underneath the home to try & diagnose the leak issue in the laundry room. He didn't do anything else to figure out the cause of the leak. His repair quote was for $8,500 & when he was told that seemed high for the repair, he said the best he could do it for was $6,500. He immediately referred a water damage company to access the damage at no charge. That company said water damage was $2,200. We called another reputable plumber to get a second opinion & they immediately identified a cracked pipe in the P Trap and repaired all for $201. They also stated there was no major water damage. MR. Rooter conducted unethical business practices & provided fraudulent information"

"they did a good job so it seems. it was much later that I took a shower and discovered that the hot water side didn't work because the handle only went to the neutral position instead of all the way to hot. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
