Work started on time and proceeded steadily. Hugo's crews knew their crafts, worked hard, kept noise and clutter under control, and did thorough cleanup at each step in the job. Hugo was always available either on-site or by promptly-replied-to text message. When I asked for a closer color match on the coping stone, it was no problem at all.
