"Beware of this appliance repair company! They claim to be experts but have no idea what theyre doing. We hired them to fix our leaking thermador refrigerator. After the first visit, they said we had to replace a specific part. They came with the wrong part then another visit with the supposed correct one. We paid for the part and service charge and the leak continued. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did an again paid for the part and repair. The issue persisted. They came back and said we had to replace another part which we did. It still didn?t resolve the issue. Finally they said leave your fridge open for 48 hours and it?ll resolve itself. Months later, and endless back and forth with them including about 10 visits we STILL have a leaking fridges we paid so much $$ changed parts that didn?t need to be changed and are at the same point we started before calling them. They are also incredibly rude and condescending. Stay away!"

"Overall it worked out well he was on time diagnosed the problem in freezer, said a particular part needed to be replaced he stated he might have one in truck he went and looked, fortunate he had one, he proceeded to remove parts from inside freezer I had already lost all of my food so unit was empty, I asked a few questions, didn't ask whether part was new reconditioned or whatever I assumed it would last more than 9 months though. The Pro from Majestic was friendly and knew what he was doing When all was said and done I paid him in cash approximately 240.00$ plus a small tip anyway, I would like to have him come back and take a look at the fridge, (maybe if you mention I gave him a bottle of wine as a Thank You. He'll remember me) I remember his name was Sean, Anyway I really don't want any problems I'm a senior citizen I just can't afford a new refrigerator If something can be arranged it would be wonderful. I appreciate your help and patience in this matter. Also I took photos of inside of freezer while he had his tools in the freezer, 3 to be exact but I am not tech savy soI don't know how to upload pictures. "Excellent. Ralph and Peter arrived on time both days, looked at what was requested and detailed their suggestions due to age and deterioration of pipes and fixtures. The new fixtures are much higher quality and corroded pipes were replaced, everything was wiped clean, vacuumed and received instructions on usage to ensure no issues. Rates quoted were very competitive especially given that they upgraded the fixtures and installed new pipes. I have already scheduled Ralph and Peter for my bathroom renovation in the fall and will use for all future plumbing needs."
