I gave him several opportunities to fix it but I just keep getting excuses. I don't even want him on my property. I will have to rip it out and start over once I save enough again."

Brad told me his team has years of experience and it shows. They made sure everything looked it's best and functioned for the purposes I needed it to and I didn't even have to ask. After signing the contract with him, they were here to do the job as soon as a pretty/good work day was available and they worked quick. I would recommend this crew to anyone!!"

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
