"I have received services from Natural Green Systems Lawn and Pest. for 3 years now and am still a customer. All services have been delivered very promptly. Customer service is amazing from the office to the Route Managers to the Owner. If you check out the reviews on Google you will find that the vast majority of reviews are excellent. I wish the information on this site reflected the current and accurate information. An example is that I see there is no senior discount. They have a Military, Senior, First Responder, etc. discount. I also saw that they only take credit cards. This is true however you can set up a checking account or a credit card for paying. Convenience Billing is a program where you can choose the programs that you like and they will divide the cost up into the number of months remaining in that year. If you start your payments in Jan 2026 you would have 12 months of payments. They charge your account only one time per month on the 25th of each month. C website!"

"The service itself was average. However, it required extensive maintenance on my part, because after the treatment I had to water the entire lawn for the next several days. My lawn is 6/10 of an acre. I could not possibly meet the requirements for watering. This was not explained when I agreed to the contract. I was informed after the treatments by their technician. As a result I was denied much of the benefits of their services, an enormous waste of money. The actual price for the service still is unclear to me although I have asked numerous questions about how it was determined. The answers are circular and cost was based on phone conversations as well as email messages. The email shows a total of about $1,400-1,500, with a discount of some $351, making the cost around $1,050. I made 9 payments of $133, total of around $1,000-1,100. After I informed them that I was not renewing, I suddenly owed them the ?balance ? of the contract, $398. I?m paying it but am very disappointed."

"I paid Premium Lawn to install a French pipe to fix my wet my yard. After one year, the yard has more water than before and I thought the pipe was clogged. I called them and emailed them, they did not care at all I used another contractor to find out what is going with the pipe. He found out that they never installed a French pipe, and they put only gravel without a pipe. I attached pictures that shows that no pipe was installed. I also attached a copy of invoice describe the pipe that never was installed. They took my money and committed a Fraud. If you don't want to have similar issue, please use another company. Please read other customer reviews, it tells you clearly that you can't trust this company"
